Nam...The GF muffin mix at daycare is Namaste brand. Namaste has a line of "everything free" mixes, including muffins, pizza crust (which we use a lot as well), and various other baked goods. They also have a couple of pasta dishes to which you can add chicken. The mix becomes more of a coating to the pasta and chicken than an actual sauce, so Megan doesn't care for those. Nessa and I like them though.<BR/><BR/>And I would just like to go on record as stating that the last two times Tami has made meatloaf, I either ate some and liked it or ate leftovers later and liked them.
